Object 200. 8 ha spruce and birch forest in Birštonas region. Forest is located to a good local road. The 2,8 ha of the forest consists of young nice spruce and birch and the rest of the forest consists of older spruce and birch. In total there are growing 1000 m3 of timber in the forest. Prašoma Europos Sąjungos parama pagal Lietuvos kaimo plėtros 2014 – 2020 metų programos priemonės „Investicijos į miško plotų plėtrą ir miškų gyvybingumo gerinimą“ veiklos srities „Investicijos, kuriomis didinamas miškų ekosistemų atsparumas ir aplinkosauginė vertė“ miško sklypui Jurbarko ir Švenčionių raj.

13,7 ha jaunuolyne auga drebulės, juodalksniai, pušys, beržrai ir eglės. Europos Sąjungos paramos prašyta 2017 metais.  2018 metais atliktas jaunuolynų ugdymas po kurio pagerėjo tikslinių medžių rūšių augimo sąlygos, miško rekreacinė būklė – patogiau vaikščioti po mišką renkant miško gėrybes.

Projektas finansuojamas iš EŽŪFKP ir Lietuvos Respublikos valstybės biudžeto lėšų. Planuojama gauti paramos suma 197 Eur/ha. Bendra projekto vertė 2 699 Eur.

 

Object 199. 5.12 ha are for sale in Vilnius region. 2.79 ha of agro land and 2.33 ha of forest land. The forest belongs to commercial forest III and IV group. In total there is growing about 400 m3 of timber in the forest. Now it is possible to perform clear cuttings until 390 m3. The forest is dominated by white alder, birch.

18,1 ha jaunuolyne auga eglės, berželiai, drebulės ir baltaksniai. Europos Sąjungos paramos prašyta 2017 metais. Tais pačiais metais atliktas jaunuolynų ugdymas po kurio pagerėjo tikslinių medžių rūšių augimo sąlygos, miško rekreacinė būklė – patogiau vaikščioti po mišką renkant miško gėrybes.

Projektas finansuojamas iš EŽŪFKP ir Lietuvos Respublikos valstybės biudžeto lėšų. Planuojama gauti paramos suma 197 Eur/ha. Bendra projekto vertė 3 566 Eur.

Object 198. Forests portfolio of 62,21 ha is for sale in Druskininkai, Ignalina, Kaišiadorys, Panevėžys, Šalčininkai, Širvintos, Švenčionys and Visaginas regions. Object 197. 5,5 ha of forest land is for sale in Alytus region. In total there is growing about 1042 m3 of timber in the forest from which clear cutting is about 454 m3. Bonitet level is high. The forest belongs to commercial forest III and IV groups. Black alders, spruces, pines and birches are growing in the high-level habitat. The forest is dry.

Object 196. 5,25 ha of forest land is for sale in Jonava region. In the plot is growing 60-80 years old pines. In total there is growing about 2000 m3 of timber in the forest from which clear cutting is about 56 m3. Bonitet level is high. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV and III group. Pines are growing in the high-level habitat.

 

Object 195. 3,44 ha of forest land is for sale in Biržai region. More than 90 % of trees are spruces and the remaining part is pines. In total there is growing about 597 m3 of timber in the forest from which thinning is until 17 m3. The main part of trees are 31 – 40 and 51 – 60 years old. It is opportunity to obtain the European Union’s support for afforestation in 1,3 ha plot. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV group.

 

Object 194. 2,44 ha of forest land is for sale in Kupiškis region. In total there is growing about 211 m3 of timber in the forest from which cuttings are until 172 m3. The main part of trees are until 21 years old, therefore is it opportunity to obtain the European Union’s support for the development of young trees. Also, it is growing a little bit of mature trees. Birches, grey and black alders are growing in the forest.

 

Object 193. 4,15 ha of forest land is for sale in Kupiškis region. In total there is growing about 585 m3 of timber in the forest. The main part of trees are until 21 years old, therefore is it opportunity to obtain the European Union’s support for the development of young trees. Also, it is growing 51 – 60 years old trees. Spruces and birches is growing in the high-level habitat.

 

Object 192. 8,69 ha of forest land is for sale in Panevėžys region. In the plot is growing 21 – 60 years old trees, the main kind of trees are birch, black alder and aspen. In total there is growing about 1443 m3 of timber in the forest from which thinning is about 282 m3. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV group. Bonitet level is high.

 

Object 191. 2,26 ha of forest land is for sale in Rokiškis region. In total there is growing about 403 m3 of timber in the forest and it is possible to perform clear cutting and thinning until 119 m3 of timber. In the other land of forest it is growing 1 – 10 years old and 31 – 40 years old trees. It is possible to obtain the European Union’s support for the development of young trees. Spruces and pines are dominated in the forest.

 

Object 190. 1,63 ha of forest land is for sale in Ukmergė region. In total there is growing about 272 m3 of timber in the forest. The forest is dominated by 1 - 10 year old aspen and birch trees. It is possible to obtain the European Union’s support for the development of young trees. Clear cutting and thinning is about 196 m3 of timber. The level of bonitet and habitat is high. 

 

 

Object 189. 12,06 ha of forest land is for sale in Šalčininkai region. The forest belongs to commercial forest III and IV group. In total there is growing about 1 736 m3 of timber in the forest. It is now possible to perform clear cuttings and thinnings until 800 m3 of timber. The forest is dominated by 11 - 20 and 70 year old trees.

Object 188. 4,33 ha of forest land is for sale in Ukmergė region. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV group. In total there is growing about 1 000 m3 of timber in the forest. It is now possible to perform clear cuttings and thinnings until 633 m3 of timber. The forest is dominated by 61 - 70 year old trees.

Object 187. 10 ha of forest land is in Kėdainiai region. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV group. In total there is growing 1 726 m3 of timber in the forest. It is now possible to perform clear cuttings and thinnings until 669 m3 of timber. The forest is dominated by 20-30 and 60-70 year old trees.

 

Object 186. 22 ha of forest land is in Jurbarkas region. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV group and is dominated by spruce and pine. In total there is growing more than 7500 m3 of good quality timber in the forest.  It is now possible to perform clear cuttings and thinnings for 2000 m3 of timber. Benefits: forest land is near Kaunas city, next to a good road. The average volume of timber  - 350 m3 / ha. The forest is dominated by 50-year-old  spruce. The the land plot is also dominated by the 1st bonitet trees.

 

Object 185. 7,67 ha of forest land is in Varėna region. Forest land consists of three plots with an area of 1,37 ha, 4,4 ha and 1,9 ha. Forest land can be purchased all together or separately. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV and III groups and is dominated by pine. In total there is growing 1 300 m3 of good quality timber in the forest.

 

Object 184. 6,16 ha of forest land is in Šakiai region. The forest belongs to commercial forest IV group and is dominated by birch and spruce. In total there is growing 1901 m3 of good quality timber in the forest. 501 m3 of forest can be cut now. Forest is only 40 km away from Kaunas and ~ 20 km away from the nearest sawmills.

 

 

Object 183. 3 ha of forest land is for sale in Utena region. 4 years ago 2.3 ha of the forest was cut, now in there are growing mainly pine saplings. IN total there are 249.2 m3 of timber growing in the area. The benefits of the forest: the forest is dry, located next to a good road, it is possible to obtain the European Union's support for the development of young trees.

European Union support for young forest development

The European Union support was requested according to Lithuania rural development 2014 - 2020 programme tool "Investicijos į miško plotų plėtrą ir miškų gyvybingumo gerinimą" the scope is "Investicijos, kuriomis didinamas miškų ekosistemų atsparumas ir aplinkosauginė vertė" for the forest plot in Birštonas sav. Birštonas sen. Panemunio k.

There are 2,2 ha of young forest which consists of spruce and birch. The support of the European Union was requested in 2015. At 2015 - 2016 year period thinning was performed which improved growing conditions of tree species, forest recreation condition – comfortable to walk in the woods, to collect mushrooms and berries. 

The project is financed from the EŽŪFKP and the Lithuanian Republic state budget. The plan is to get 197 Eur/ha of the European Union support. The total project value is 433 Eur.

 

 

Object 182. 4,75 ha in Varėna region. The average age of forest is 70 years. Now there are growing 1 167  m3 of timber of which at present could be cut 557 m3 wood. Objects are located next to the good roads. Forest is near the lake. 4,75 ha forest land is 25 km from Alytus town.

Object 181. 4,65 ha in Jonava region. 3 ha is 8 years old spruce, birch and aspen forest. The remaining area is a 50 year old birch and spruce. Now there are growing 432 m3 of timber of which at present could be cut 80 m3 birch wood.

High land productivity score – a large increment.

The shape of forest is a regular rectangular.

Objects are located next to good roads, there is growing a good bonited timber now. Properties are dry.

Object 171. SOLD: 9,5 ha pine forest in Alytus region. The object is standing near a very good forest road and close to big sawmills. There are 2700 m3 of Pine timber growing in the forest. Pines are mostly 100 years old. 700m3 can be cut now and the rest of 1000 m3 a few years later.

Object 140. SOLD: 22,2 ha pine forest in Kazlų rūda region. The object is standing near a very good forest road. Forest stock level is 0,9 and needs thinning. There are growing old pines (from 60 to 99 years old) in the properties. Mostly all of the trees are middle age and now need thinning. 3000 m3 of timber can be cut now.  There are growing 6000 m3 of timber in the forest.
